Finds universities, companies, hospitals and other research institutions by name, with filters such as countrycode:FR or type:company. Each has id, ror, displayname, countrycode, type, homepageurl, workscount, citedbycount, summarystats, geo and associatedinstitutions. Data from OpenAlex (openalex.org, by OurResearch), CC0: no attribution required, citing OpenAlex is appreciated. Free, no key, but the free daily budget is shared, so a 429 (ratelimited, $0) means try again tomorrow.
