CloudConvert / Convert a URL to a file

Downloads a public URL, converts it, and returns a temporary export URL for the result. Fixed three-task shape: import/url -> convert -> export/url. Poll cloudconvert-jobs-2 (this endpoint's own asyncPattern does it for you) until data.status is finished, then read data.tasks[2].result.files[0].url.
