Slack Web API / List conversations

Returns a list of all channel-like conversations in a workspace (docs.slack.dev/reference/methods/conversations.list). Requires one of channels:read, groups:read, im:read, mpim:read.

Request parameters

  • cursor query · optional

    Paginate through result pages using the next_cursor from a previous response.

  • exclude_archived query · optional

    Set to true to filter out archived channels.

  • limit query · optional

    Maximum items to return, default 100, max 1000.

  • team_id query · optional

    Workspace to list conversations from, for org-wide app tokens only.

  • types query · optional

    Comma-separated channel types to include: public_channel, private_channel, mpim, im. Defaults to public_channel.
