Fetches a paginated list of posts from a Truth Social user, returning text, id, createdat, url, content, account info, mediaattachments, card link previews, repliescount, reblogscount, and favouritescount. Supports pagination via nextmaxid and a trim option for lighter responses. Only prominent public figures (e.g., Trump, Vance) are accessible without authentication. Send one of: handle, userid.
