Send visibility PUBLIC or CONNECTIONS, distribution {"feedDistribution":"MAINFEED","targetEntities":[],"thirdPartyDistributionChannels":[]}, lifecycleState PUBLISHED and isReshareDisabledByAuthor false. LinkedIn answers 201 with an empty body; the new post URN is in the x-restli-id response header.
