Icypeas / bulk search (find, verify or domain-scan up to 5,000 rows)

Submit up to 5,000 rows for one task (email-search, email-verification or domain-search) in a single call. Async: returns a file id; poll its progress with icypeas-search-files-read (or icypeas-search-results-read with mode=bulk) until finished, then read every row's result. Not in the fixed capability vocabulary -- closest fit is a bulk contacts search/verify job.
