Calendar API / Insert event

Creates a new event on one calendar (developers.google.com/calendar/api/v3/reference/events/insert): calendarId is a path field; start and end ({dateTime} or {date}) are the required body fields the docs define, summary/description/location/attendees are optional body fields carried through verbatim.
