Gmail API / Send message

Sends an email (developers.google.com/gmail/api/reference/rest/v1/users.messages/send): the body is a Message resource whose only field is raw, a base64url-encoded full RFC 2822 message (developers.google.com/gmail/api/guides/sending, "Creating messages"). To build raw: write the complete email as RFC 2822 text (headers To/From/Subject/Content-Type followed by a blank line and the body), then base64url-encode those bytes (standard base64 with '+' -> '-', '/' -> '_', and '=' padding stripped) -- e.g. in Node, Buffer.from(rfc2822Text).toString('base64url').
