DOI.org / Resolve a DOI to its landing page URL

Looks up one DOI in the global DOI resolver and returns its handle record: responseCode (1 = found), handle (the DOI) and values, where the entry with type URL holds the landing page the DOI points to (values[].data.value). Works for every registration agency (Crossref, DataCite, mEDRA, ...). Pass the bare DOI, e.g. 10.1038/nature12373, not a doi.org link. An unknown DOI answers not found (404, responseCode 100) at $0. For title, authors and journal use crossref-work. Resolution data from the DOI Foundation's public resolver (doi.org). Free, no key.
