Saleshandy API / Import prospects (optionally into a sequence step)

Creates or updates prospects, optionally adding them to a sequence step. Each prospect is a list of {id, value} field entries; field ids come from the list-fields endpoint. Returns a per-email status code (10000 success, 10100 invalid email, 10600 duplicate, 12000 active in another sequence, and others). This changes data in your account.
