Change in each rate between two dates: start rate, end rate, absolute and percent change. Needs the Professional plan or higher; other keys get an error, which looot reports as a failed run at $0. Runs on your own Fixer access key and the provider bills you. Fixer lists SSL on every plan on its pricing and API docs pages; older Fixer docs said HTTPS was paid only, so a key on a very old free plan may fail on https (looot only calls https). The free plan is non-commercial.
