Convert an amount between two currencies, at the latest or a past date. Needs the Basic plan or higher; free keys get an error, which looot reports as a failed run at $0. Runs on your own Fixer access key and the provider bills you. Fixer lists SSL on every plan on its pricing and API docs pages; older Fixer docs said HTTPS was paid only, so a key on a very old free plan may fail on https (looot only calls https). The free plan is non-commercial.
