exchangerate.host / Rate change between dates

Absolute and percent change of each rate between two dates. May need a paid plan; keys without access get an error, which looot reports as a failed run at $0. Runs on your own exchangerate.host access key (APILayer) and the provider bills you. The exchangerate.host pricing page lists HTTPS on every plan, free included (looot only calls https). The free plan is non-commercial.
