Convert an amount between two currencies, at the live rate or a past date. Needs the Basic plan or higher; free keys get an error, which looot reports as a failed run at $0. Runs on your own Currencylayer access key and the provider bills you. Currencylayer's pricing page lists HTTPS on every plan, free included; older docs said HTTPS was paid only, so a key on a very old free plan may fail on https (looot only calls https). The free plan is non-commercial.
