Currencylayer / Rate change between dates

Start rate, end rate, change and percent change for each currency between two dates. Needs a plan that includes change queries (Professional or higher); other keys get an error, which looot reports as a failed run at $0. Runs on your own Currencylayer access key and the provider bills you. Currencylayer's pricing page lists HTTPS on every plan, free included; older docs said HTTPS was paid only, so a key on a very old free plan may fail on https (looot only calls https). The free plan is non-commercial.
