## How do I check the Google reviews of a business?

Open the business on Google Maps, copy the link from the address bar and paste it in the box at the top of this page. You get its newest reviews as rows you can copy or download.

## Where do the reviews come from?

From Google Maps, read through Serper at the moment you run the tool. They are the public reviews anyone sees on the place's Google listing.

## Which link works?

A full Google Maps place link, the kind in the address bar after you open a business, or a link that holds cid= or a place ID. A short maps.app.goo.gl share link does not work: open it in your browser first and copy the full address.

## What is a Google place ID?

The ID Google gives every place on Maps. It starts with ChIJ and stays the same when the name or address changes. Google's Place ID Finder page shows it for any business.

## How many reviews do I get?

One page of the newest reviews per run, which was 20 in our test. Your agent can pass the next page token from the same endpoint to read further back.

## Why are reviewer names missing?

This page leaves out reviewer names and profile links on purpose. The review text, date, stars and link are enough to read what people say about a place.

## Can I export Google reviews to CSV?

Yes. After a run, the download button saves the table as a CSV file.
