# Email signature generator: run it free, or from your agent

Builds an HTML email signature from your details in three templates, ready to paste into any mail app.

## Prompt

Use looot to write email signatures for my team: [paste name, title, phone and email for each person]. 1. Set up https://looot.ai/skill.md. 2. Build one HTML table signature per person with inline styles only, company [company] and website [website]. 3. Escape every value. 4. Return each signature as HTML and as plain text.

## What it needs

Name, job title, company, phone, email, links and a photo link

## What comes back

- the signature, ready to paste as formatted text
- the HTML source
- a plain text version

## Endpoints and providers

None. The tool on the web page runs in the browser and calls no endpoint.

## What it costs

Nothing. The tool on the web page runs in the visitor's browser: no account, no API call and no limit per hour. The prompt above runs the same job from your own looot account with current data, billed per call.

## Look the same everywhere

One table layout with inline styles that Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail keep.

## Set up in a minute

Copy the signature and paste it into your mail app's signature settings.

## Match your team

Use the same template and color for everyone, then change only the details.

## Keep it private

The signature is built in your browser. Your phone and email go nowhere.

## How do I make an email signature?

Fill in the fields at the top of this page, pick a template and a color, then press copy signature. Paste it into the signature settings of your mail app.

## How do I add the signature to Gmail?

In Gmail open Settings, See all settings, General, Signature, create a new one and paste. Then pick it under signature defaults and save at the bottom of the page.

## How do I add the signature to Outlook?

In Outlook open Settings, Mail, Compose and reply, or File, Options, Mail, Signatures in the desktop app. Create a new signature, paste and save.

## How do I add the signature to Apple Mail?

In Mail open Settings, Signatures, add one and paste. If the layout looks plain, untick always match my default message font.

## Why does my photo not show?

Mail apps load the photo from its link, so it must be a public https link to an image file. A link to a page or to a private drive does not work. Some apps hide images until the reader allows them.

## Is this email signature generator free?

Yes. It runs in your browser, needs no account and has no limit. There is no watermark or link back to us in the signature.

## Is my information sent anywhere?

No. The signature is built in your browser. Nothing you type leaves the page.

## Can I edit the HTML?

Yes. Copy the HTML source, change it in any editor and paste the result. Keep the styles inline, since most mail apps drop style blocks.
