# Email permutator: run it free, or from your agent

Builds the common work email patterns from a name and a domain, for one person or a whole list.

## Prompt

Use looot to find the work email of [first name] [last name] at [company domain]. 1. Set up https://looot.ai/skill.md. 2. Build the common patterns: first.last, firstlast, flast, first, f.last and last. 3. Search the catalog for an email verification endpoint, check its price, and verify the patterns one by one until one is valid. 4. Return the valid address, its verdict and the total cost.

## What it needs

A first name, a last name and a company domain

## What comes back

- every common email pattern for the name
- the pattern used for each address
- a CSV of all addresses for a list of names

## Endpoints and providers

- tomba: tomba-email-verifier

## What it costs

Nothing. The tool on the web page runs in the visitor's browser: no account, no API call and no limit per hour. The prompt above runs the same job from your own looot account with current data, billed per call.

## Reach one person

Get the likely addresses of someone you want to email, then check them.

## Build a list

Paste names and domains from a spreadsheet and download every pattern as CSV.

## Verify before sending

Run the patterns through the email checker and keep only the valid one.

## Hand it to an agent

Your agent can build and verify the patterns for a whole list in one run.

## What is an email permutator?

A tool that turns a name and a company domain into the addresses that company is likely to use, such as jane.doe@ or jdoe@. You then check which one exists.

## Is this email permutator free?

Yes. It runs in your browser, needs no account and makes no API call. There is no limit.

## Which email pattern is the most common?

It varies by company. first.last, first, flast and firstlast are the patterns you see most. Check an address you already know at that company to learn its pattern.

## How do I know which address is right?

Run the candidates through the email checker on this site. A valid verdict means the mailbox exists. On a catch-all domain, no checker can tell you which one is right.

## Does it handle accents and double last names?

Yes. Accents are removed, so José becomes jose, and spaces and hyphens in a name are joined or kept as the pattern needs.

## Can I permute a list of names?

Yes. Switch to the list mode and paste one person per line as first name, last name, domain. Download every pattern as one CSV.

## Is my list sent anywhere?

No. The permutations are built in your browser. Nothing you type leaves the page.
